SHIPPING

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders outside the UAE may be subject to local VAT, customs, and duty fees based on the importing country’s regulations. VAT will be calculated on the total order value, regardless of any ongoing campaigns. Please note that customs and duty fees are not included in your order and shipping total and must be settled by the parcel recipient upon delivery.

Diamont Equestrian is not liable for any fees associated with imports. All customs and duty fees must be settled by the recipient/buyer. Orders shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) that go unclaimed or are refused will either be destroyed by the carrier or returned to us. Therefore, Diamont Equestrian does not issue refunds for unpaid DDU fees. For queries regarding shipping to your country, please contact our customer service team.

REFUSAL POLICY

UAE:

For packages not collected/accepted and returned to us, the customer will be charged AED 100 to cover shipping, packing, and administrative costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Delay or refusal to pay local VAT, customs, and duty fees (DDU) will result in shipment destruction, and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with Diamont Equestrian (The Diamont Equestrian Trading LLC), you agree to these terms and conditions.

DELIVERY TIME

Upon order completion, our aim is to expedite the delivery of your package. Orders placed before 11 AM GST will typically be processed on the same day, reaching customers within a few days based on their location.

During campaigns or product releases, delivery times might be longer.

In cases where products go out of stock, Diamont Equestrian (The Diamont Equestrian Trading LLC) cannot be held responsible. We do not bear liability for sold-out products. If an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you using the provided email address or phone number to find a suitable solution. If the out-of-stock product is a limited edition or a sales product with no additional stock planned, the item will be canceled from your order, and the payment will be refunded.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Should you wish to exercise your right to return a purchase, the product must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, complete the return form included in the original package.

When utilizing the right to return a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and can select a courier of your choice.

Upon approval of your return, we will refund the product(s) but not the original shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued only through the Original Mode of Payment.

WITHIN THE UAE

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. We do not refund the delivery charges from the original delivery.

The return cost is AED 40, which will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONALLY

Please note that embellishments on certain products, such as beads, crystals, ropes, are for decorative purposes. They are fragile, and their breakage or loss is not considered a valid reason for complaints, returns, or claims.
