Ordering

If you're uncertain about the ideal size for you, check out our size guides. You can find them beneath the available size options for each of our products. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us. We'll inquire about your typical size and how you prefer to wear tops, shorts, and pants to provide personalized recommendations for the perfect fit!
Regrettably, once an order has been placed online, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please double-check the accuracy of all your information before completing your purchase. Once the order is in our system, we are unable to make changes to addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. The sooner we receive your request, the faster we can assist you with any necessary changes. It's important to note that Diamont Equestrian cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly, and in such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

The Delivery Time may vary depending on where you live. Within the UAE, standard delivery time will take between 1-3 Business days. Outside the UAE, standard delivery time will take between 5-7 Business days.

A description of the issue you're encountering. Please ensure that the product: • Has not been used and still retains all original tags. • Exhibits a manufacturing defect, not damage resulting from regular wear and tear.

Our products maintain a true-to-size and body-hugging fit. If you desire a more relaxed fit, we recommend opting for one size up. Feel free to consult our size guide or reach out to our customer service team for additional assistance.
We advise a gentle wash at 30*C for all items. Please follow the specific washing instructions on each item.

Guarantee

If you've made a purchase at Diamont Equestrian within the past 14 days and are experiencing an issue, please reach out to us via email, and kindly include pictures of the problem for our assessment. Please be aware that if the item was purchased more than 14 days ago, the warranty may no longer be applicable. Should you have any further inquiries, please don't hesitate to send us a message. Please note that the following are exempt from our warranty: • Buttons. • Zippers. • Stones: Some Diamont Equestrian products contain Diamont stones. To preserve the durability of these items, please adhere to the washing instructions included with the package. Washing at temperatures exceeding 30 degrees may compromise the adhesive on the stones. • Pilling: Our Diamont Equestrian products are meticulously designed with high-quality fabric to resist pilling. However, friction against rough surfaces can lead to pilling on the fabric.
