Gift Card Terms & Conditions for Diamont Equestrian

1. Validity: Gift cards are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire, and the gift card will no longer be redeemable.
2. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed on our website, DiamontEquestrian.com, for any products available for purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any services not offered on the website.
3. Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Once purchased, they are considered final sale.
4. Balance: If your order exceeds the balance of the gift card, you may use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use until the expiration date.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards: Diamont Equestrian is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card as cash.
6. Usage Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and they may not be combined with certain promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
7. Order Cancellations: If you cancel an order that was paid for using a gift card, the refund will be applied to the same gift card or a new one with the corresponding amount.
8. Fraud Prevention: Diamont Equestrian reserves the right to cancel any gift card or suspend its usage if fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected.
