At 31, I am a passionate dressage rider, devoted mum and proud horse mum — with my heart belonging equally to my little boy and my four-legged soulmate, Sandokan, affectionately called Sando.

Sando has been by my side since February 2026, following the heartbreaking loss of my previous horse at just six years old. Since then, Sando has become so much more than my competition partner. He is my biggest source of comfort, my best friend and truly one of the most special horses I have ever known.

With his kind and gentle personality, Sando is quite literally everybody’s darling. But don’t let his sweet character fool you — under saddle, he is a true schoolmaster. Fully trained up to Advanced level, he doesn’t give anything away for free. Every movement, every transition and every achievement has to be earned, which makes every little success together even more meaningful.

With Sando, I am finally living a dream I have had for years: competing in dressage and building a life around the sport I love. Today, we are lucky enough to pursue that dream here in the UAE.

We are passionate dressage riders, best friends and partners in every sense — and we love bringing our community along for the journey, sharing the beautiful, messy, glamorous and completely horse-crazy world that we call our everyday life.
